Havent had a chance to take it apart yet but i did see a couple odd things if i use eject to power on i dont get a xell menu but it does show a flash of a blue screen the start the regular xbox load screen and it shows the flash of blue screen when powered off. So I made the 1st post asking for help on how I can fix it or how to make sure it was or was not a modified system. Thus I assumed I had been ripped and paid way to much for a stock old 360 w/out a harddrive. Fast forward now to my original posting where I said the seller is no longer replying to calls/text or emails from me asking him wtf. So when I remove the usb and power it on it starts up fine like a stock retail system and then if I insert the usb after its been powered on the xex and fsd folders show up but if I try to copy them to the 500 mb internal or to run them it says the files are corrupted. So I put the usb in and cut the power on and it goes to an error page with writing of multiple languages down the whole screen that has Error E71 at the top and 1 red light in the ring. Now after I got it home I read some things and downloaded xexmenu 1.2 and 2.0 and freestyledash 3 I installed horizon and used it to put xex and fsd3 on the usb stick after I had formatted it on the xbox.
